Google Business Profile
If we look after your Google Business Profile, please read Google's notice Working with a third party. In short:
- Google Business Profile is free from Google. Our monthly fee is only for our management work, and is shown that way on every invoice.
- You stay the owner of your profile at all times. You choose whether we have Manager access or none; we never ask for your password.
- We tell you about every change we make, and we only reply to reviews with your written approval.
- You can end the service at any time. Within 7 business days of your request we remove our access and you have full, sole control.
- We are independent of Google and cannot promise rankings or placement in Search or Maps.
